June 10th, 2010 Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 Announces Closing of Private Placement


Walton International Group Inc. and Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 (the “Partnership”) announced today the closing of the private placement announced on March 19, 2010.



An aggregate of $17,244,500 was raised, resulting in the issuance of 1,724,450 partnership units, the maximum offered in the placement.



The private placement consisted of a non-brokered private offering of up to 1,724,450 units at a subscription price of $10.00 per unit, and was conducted on similar terms as the initial public offering the Partnership completed on February 25, 2010 under its prospectus dated January 28, 2010.

May 14th, 2010 Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 Reports First Quarter 2010 Results

Walton International and Walton Ontario Land L. P. 1 (the “Partnership”) have announced the Partnership’s results for the first quarter ended March 31, 20101.



The Partnership was established on October 2, 2009 for the purpose of maximizing returns to its limited partners through the acquisition, management, concept planning and eventual sale of two properties consisting of an aggregate of 455 acres of undeveloped land in southern Ontario.



The land located near the Toronto area in Alliston, Ontario consists of two parcels of land comprised of 155 acres. The land located in the southwest quadrant of the City of Ottawa consists of 300 acres.

Walton International Group Inc. announced the successful completion of unit placements in the Walton Europe Landentwicklung Niagara 1 GmbH & Co.



Walton Europe Niagara 1 GmbH & Co. is strategically located in Ontario’s Niagara Region, approximately 8 km south of Niagara Falls.



The Niagara region is a premier travel destination, with a diverse economic base, including tourism, manufacturing, logistics and agriculture. The Walton Group of Companies announced the successful completion of unit placements for Walton’s McConachie Development Limited Partnership.



McConachie Development Limited Partnership attained a final closing on April 9, 2010, with a total of $64,000,000 CAD invested.

Walton International Group Inc. and Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 (the “Partnership”) are pleased to announce that the Partnership will commence a private placement offering.



The offering will consist of a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 1,724,450 units at a subscription price of $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $17,244,500. The private placement will be conducted on similar terms as the offering that the Partnership completed on February 25, 2010 under its prospectus dated January 28, 2010.

March 11th, 2010 Walton Completes Land Syndication for AZ Silver Reef

Walton International Group Inc. has announced the successful completion of unit placements in Walton AZ Silver Reef Limited Partnership 2.



Walton AZ Silver Reef Limited Partnership 2 attained a final closing on September 25, 2009, and involves 1241 investors. The property is part of a 1,478-acre master planned community informally known as Silver Reef.



Silver Reef is strategically located in Pinal County within the city limits of the City of Eloy, Arizona. The Silver Reef Limited Partnership 2 project is situated adjacent to the city of Casa Grande in the Phoenix-Tucson I-10 corridor, one of Arizona’s fastest-growing areas.

March 4th, 2010 Walton International adds 155 acres to its Ontario holdings

Walton International Group is adding to its approximate holdings of 1,400 hectares of land in New Tecumseth with an $11.7 million deal for 155 acres “near a Honda assembly plant in Alliston.”



The land banker based in Calgary, raised more than $35 million through a public offering with those proceeds used to purchase and manage the land in Alliston and 300 acres in Ottawa.

Walton International Group Inc. recently announced the successful completion of unit placements in Walton GA Arcade Meadows Limited Partnership 1. Walton GA Arcade Meadows Limited Partnership 1 attained a final closing on April 28, 2009, and involves USD $28,079,780 invested directly or indirectly by 1,109 investors.



The property is part of a master planned community informally known as Arcade Meadows strategically located on U.S. Highway 129, the federal highway that connects Atlanta to Athens, Georgia and a major commercial thoroughfare. Situated in the City of Arcade, in Jackson County, Georgia, the property is close to access routes and near the city of Athens, home of the University of Georgia.

Late last month, Walton International Group Inc. announced the successful completion of unit placements in Walton Europe Landentwicklung Ottawa 3 GmbH & Co. (KG).



Walton Europe Ottawa 3 had completed transactions through the early part of this year, culminating in a final closing on July 27, 2009, and involves 351 investors. The property is part of a strategic land assembly of over 2,800 acres comprising Walton’s leading-edge integrated community planning initiative informally known as “Southwest Ottawa”.

Located in Grayson County, Texas, Cottonwood is strategically situated north of Dallas, between Route 75 to the east and Route 289 to the west, in the north Dallas growth corridor.
