My previous college student visited her with me for her race and she is so inspired that she decided to do business in Shanghai with her boyfriend. I am amazed the convictions of the racing drivers is so powerful and unbelieveable that it can be transferred from her to my student unknowingly. That is the power of Human Spirits. It is contagious and very useful in motivating young people by real examples. They want to see the real things and not some hypothesis theory and assumptions from the the prediction exercises. i am so happy that i can touch more lives by getting people to interact with each other.

I met Diana Rosarion in Shanghai Formula Race and she is a great inspiration to me of her determination to do well in her passion and love for this Sports. i can see the amount of Focus energy she had dedicated into this sports by watching closely of her racing behaviour. She shocked me by her racing abilities to be No.1 Lady Driver from Macao. She never say never. She holds on her belief that the Dream in her will take her to the place where she is supposed to reach. No Dreams in never impossible! She clinched First Prize in 2009. I look forward to partner with her in other projects to promote Entrepreneurial Fighting Spirits and shares her experiences to other youngsters in China and Asia and of course other parts of the world. There is a saying from Napoleon Hill. "When the mind thinks what he will be, it will be achieved" She is a good testimonials of life cases that she can help so many Youth to dream the impossible and fight for your own passions! June 10th, 2010 Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 Announces Closing of Private Placement


Walton International Group Inc. and Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 (the “Partnership”) announced today the closing of the private placement announced on March 19, 2010.



An aggregate of $17,244,500 was raised, resulting in the issuance of 1,724,450 partnership units, the maximum offered in the placement.



The private placement consisted of a non-brokered private offering of up to 1,724,450 units at a subscription price of $10.00 per unit, and was conducted on similar terms as the initial public offering the Partnership completed on February 25, 2010 under its prospectus dated January 28, 2010.

May 14th, 2010 Walton Ontario Land L.P. 1 Reports First Quarter 2010 Results

Walton International and Walton Ontario Land L. P. 1 (the “Partnership”) have announced the Partnership’s results for the first quarter ended March 31, 20101.



The Partnership was established on October 2, 2009 for the purpose of maximizing returns to its limited partners through the acquisition, management, concept planning and eventual sale of two properties consisting of an aggregate of 455 acres of undeveloped land in southern Ontario.



The land located near the Toronto area in Alliston, Ontario consists of two parcels of land comprised of 155 acres. The land located in the southwest quadrant of the City of Ottawa consists of 300 acres.

March 4th, 2010 Walton International adds 155 acres to its Ontario holdings

Walton International Group is adding to its approximate holdings of 1,400 hectares of land in New Tecumseth with an $11.7 million deal for 155 acres “near a Honda assembly plant in Alliston.”



The land banker based in Calgary, raised more than $35 million through a public offering with those proceeds used to purchase and manage the land in Alliston and 300 acres in Ottawa.
